We provide a wide range of services to assist Italian and foreign corporates, legal advisors and professionals in case of litigation (judicial, extrajudicial and arbitration litigation) and investigations in the context of non-compliance issues and / or financial frauds requiring the support of an external and independent expert.

Our dedicated forensic team can leverage on the support of our transaction team and the Forensic & Litigation team of the Eight International network that has extensive experience in International Arbitration Procedures as well as on the support of dedicated IT forensic experts.

Our collaborators can provide expert witness testimony during the different stages of litigations and / or legal trials.

The main services we offer are:

  • investigations of accounting / financial matters in the context of potential fraud, corruption, non-compliance issues and other financial misconducts using the most up-to-date forensic technologies
  • litigation support through all the stages of a dispute (from the initial identification of an issue, through negotiation, the provision of expert reports, to arbitral and court hearings)
  • litigation support in the context of pre-insolvency and judicial procedures
