New Deal Advisors supports Namirial in the acquisition of ZeroComa in Spain
Milan, october 21, 2026 – New Deal Advisors, an independent firm specialising in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has supported Namirial, a European leader in digital trust solutions and digital transaction management, in its acquisition of ZeroComa S.L., a Spanish company specialising in electronic invoicing, digital notifications and electronic reporting solutions.
Based in Madrid, ZeroComa develops cloud-based solutions for managing electronic notifications sent by public authorities, the automation of electronic invoicing and tax reporting. The company serves over 650 clients, including 20 per cent of the companies listed on the IBEX 35 index. The transaction will enable Namirial to consolidate its presence in the Spanish market and expand its range of solutions for managing digital transactions, particularly in view of the introduction of mandatory electronic invoicing in Spain.
