New Deal Advisors supports La Doria in the acquisition of the Solana Group
Milan, June 29, 2026 – New Deal Advisors, an independent firm specialising in c in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has supported La Doria S.p.A. (a subsidiary of the Investindustrial investment fund) on the acquisition of 100 per cent of the Solana Group, an Italian company specialised in tomato processing and the production of tomato-based products for the industrial and foodservice sectors.
With a forecast turnover of around 90 million euros in 2025, the Solana Group specialises in tomato processing and operates three production plants located in Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Lazio. The acquisition represents a significant step in La Doria’s growth strategy, enabling it to strengthen its position in the tomato sector, expand its production and supply network in northern and central Italy, and benefit from access to a diversified, high-profile industrial customer base.
New Deal Advisors, with a team led by Lorenzo Lavini (partner), provided financial due diligence services, with support from the firm Chiaravalli Reali e Associati for tax due diligence, to La Doria.
