Milan, Dec. 16, 2022 – New Deal Advisors, an independent company specializing in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has supported the investment fund L-GAM in the disposal of Società e Salute S.p.A. a company operating in the private healthcare sector trading under the commercial brand “Centro Medico Santagostino,” to UnipolSai.

Centro Medico Santagostino, with its 34 locations, is one of the main operators in Lombardy, particularly in the Milan area, and relying on the cooperation of about 1,300 physicians, with an offering model aimed at guaranteeing a quality patient experience at affordable conditions and with reduced waiting times, also thanks to the technological innovation this being one of the company’s distinguishing factors. The deal is an important part of the welfare ecosystem, concerning the development and direct management of a network of outpatient clinics.

New Deal Advisors, with a team led by Guido Pelissero (Partner), has provided Financial Vendor Due Diligence Services to L-GAM fund.
