New Deal Advisors supports Costa Edutainment Group in the acquisition of Acquapark Onda Blu

Milan, June 11 2025 – New Deal Advisors, an independent company specializing  in advisory services to M&A Transactions, has supported the Costa Edutainment Group (“Costa Group”), led by Giuseppe Costa, in the acquisition of the Acquapark Onda Blu park in Tortoreto in the province of Teramo, Abruzzo.

Acquapark Onda Blu, which will reopen to the public for the summer of 2025 on 14 June, covers an area of 120,000 square metres in a green area between Tortoreto Lido and Giulianova and is the region’s main water park. The facility represents a reference point for seaside and family tourism in the area, offering a wide range of services and attractions aimed at a heterogeneous public. The operation, which sees the Costa Edutainment Group acquire the park from Pedicone Holding, will allow the Costa Group to expand its business in the Central Italy area, consolidating its leadership in the sector of park and aquarium management at a national level, with particular reference to the water park sector, in which it boasts consolidated know-how through the management of Aquafan in Romagna and the Caravelle in Liguria.
